金魚のデコ白玉 Goldfish 'Tang Yuan' Japanese style

金魚デコ白玉のスイーツ
Goldfish Tangyuan Japanese style (Deco Shiratama)
今日は金魚デコ白玉のスイーツを作りました。団子や竜眼と甘いスープを添えた。美味しいそう~

I made goldfish 'tangyuan' today!! It is actually japanese style dumpling, made from shiratamako (glutinous rice flour). Since today is Yuanxiao, it is a must to eat tang yuan! 

The goldfish deco shiratama is served with mini tangyuans, taro balls (from Taiwan), longans sweet soup! Yummy!

  1. Love that! *-* I absolutely adore all of your ideas. I wouldn't eat such dish because it's too pretty - it sounds like a perfect diet :P.

    1. Heheh i promise if you come Singapore one day, I will definitely make this for you. Its yummy! actually quite healthy cause its only glutinous rice flour and some sweetened soup.

  2. The gold fishes are so cute and adorable... you seems to have lot of stash on cute and unique ingredients. By the way I thought the Tangyuan eating was in Dec? Is it the same or another different festive?

      This festival is YuanXiao (or the 15th day of Chinese New Year celebration),

      I believe we have another day to eat tangyuan again later in the year. anyway, its yummy! can it anytime. lol~
